To assist the Manager in ensuring smooth claims operations, efficient and speedy handling of all claims benchmarks and all compliance and KPI are complied
- Handle, investigate, negotiate and settle claims within authority limit in accordance with company policy.
- Appointment of service provider.
- Monitor service provider performance.
- Addressing all claim inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct annual review on all motor files.
- Provide technical and operation support to staffs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Holder
- 5 years’ experience in handling claims.
- Key skills e.g claims management, investigation skills, good communication skills, possess leadership and teamwork, negotiation skills.
- Key knowledge e.g broad base general insurance knowledge, claims management/ investigation and claims technical knowledge.
