Assistant Manager - Merchandising

Job Description

• Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

• Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements

• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production

• Arrange sample submission to customers for approval

• Handle merchandising related documents

• Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A

• Manage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames

• Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness

• Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for mostly UK, USA and Spain customers

• Manage the sourcing business of the mostly UK, USA and Spain based customer
