Assistant Manager / Manager, Market Risk

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Market Risk Assistant Manager / Manager to support the Company's market risk management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring market exposures, preparing risk reports, analysing market developments, and supporting the implementation of risk management policies and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Market Risk Monitoring

• Monitor daily market risk exposures and ensure compliance with approved risk limits and internal policies.
• Perform daily mark-to-market valuations and monitor profit and loss movements for assigned portfolios.
• Identify and escalate significant market movements, unusual trading activities, or potential breaches promptly.
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and geopolitical events that may impact the Company's business and risk profile.
