Manulife is seeking a Training Manager to deliver quality training and assess the training effectiveness. He/she is expected to identify training needs and drive suitable training initiatives that support the agency growth.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver quality training to the developed training programs, align with the need-based selling concepts in new agent training
+ Take ownership of training program and responsible for the quality of training delivery
+ Monitor the effectiveness of the programs
+ Identify and assess the training needs analysis of the agency force
+ Develop programs that address specific business needs
+ Play an active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training program
+ Lead projects when required; Play a highly collaborative role in cross-department projects
