Assistant Manager - Leasing

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and secure potential Brand Partners based on market trends, leasing strategy, and mall positioning.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective Brand Partners, including presenting leasing opportunities and delivering compelling presentations.
• Conduct offer preparation, negotiation, and deal structuring to secure optimal lease terms.
• Review tenancy agreements with Legal Division, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• To monitor tenancy expiry profile and proactively engage in renewal discussions and secure lease extensions.
• Prepare Sales and Rent Analysis with good analytical skills to analyze centre productivity.
• Liaise closely with inter‑departments to ensure smooth handover and fit‑out processes for new tenants.
