- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the premium lounge.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower requirements.
- Handle guest feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate ordering when necessary.
