Must be an expert in Technical expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, ITSM, Document Management and HR Service Management. Experience in all phases of the HR ServiceNow implementation cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, unit-test, system test and deployment. Hands-on experience in Version upgrade and Production support. Ability to Envision, Model and perform system configuration of data flows and workflows. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good exposure to MS-Office tools.
