Role Description
The Assistant Manager Human Resource Operations will support and oversee day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth workforce management across the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based at the Lahore head office and will involve implementing HR policies, managing HR operations processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role will handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and separations, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.
