Job Description
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for the BPS business by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for BPS hiring.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultants.
Screen, interview, and coordinate the selection process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and meet hiring SLAs.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Experience managing high-volume/bulk recruitment is mandatory.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
7 to 9 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in BPO/BPS/ITES.
