Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR with strong exposure to BPO and IT environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and employee relations while supporting business objectives and workforce productivity.
