Xanitos is seeking a Bench EVS Assistant Director in Santa Clara, CA. As a Bench Assistant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational needs of the EVS Department. Coordinate the tasks of the subordinate supervisory staff. Assure that staff is trained in accordance with The Joint Commission guidelines. Schedule staff to meet the needs of the facility doing so in line with budgetary constraints. In the absence of the Unit Director act as the administrative liaison between key client contacts and the departments.
