Role- Assistant Manager- Travel Operations

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilties-

Issuing tickets as per the client's requirements. Manage all transactions related to non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance, all non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance. Ensure client SLA's are met. Drive PLB carrier sales. Ensure all supports are uploaded to the i Book. Ensure Nil billing pendency. Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail. Handing personal bookings of clients. Coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings. Achieving Revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business. Coordinating & negotiating with hotels and suppliers. Sub activities related to transaction, including invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation.
