You will be responsible for overseeing the unit while working with the Manager and team to successfully manage patient food services operations in an acute care hospital setting.

- Help the Manager oversee the patient food services operations.
- Develop and monitor a meal and break schedule for the staff that does not interfere with customer service.
- Train, develop and lead a team of associates capable of providing great customer service.
- Organize, monitor and control food service inventories with a focus on fiscal management of resources.
- Perform administrative duties including payroll, scheduling, daily labour and food cost statistics, auditing and wastage tracking.
