Assistant Manager - Equities Cash Settlements

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The role will be involved specifically in facilitating settlements of Equity Trades with particular focus on Trade validations and Trade Matching, reconciliations, review documentation and settlement discrepancy queries from offshore teams.

Impact on the Business

• Ensure that matching and settlement of trades are done in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Ensure that tasks and daily allocations are completed.
• Understand the risk & control framework and ensure escalation procedures are adhered to.
• Act as initial point of escalation when the supervisor is absent.
• Handle line and project responsibilities around the Equity space, driven by new business, process improvement and operating model challenges.
