Purpose

Take ES management responsibility of project construction site. Help the team to hit the final target safely.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and Develop the ES Function by building team capability, providing guidance to safety engineers, and strengthening ES competencies across projects.
2. Manage MCRS and ES Governance while ensuring compliance with company policies, ES regulations, and VPO ES pillar requirements.
