Assistant Manager E Commerce

Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, healthcare marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. Run and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns. Track sales, ROAS, conversions, and business performance. Support product launches, promotions, and channel expansion. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams. Improve listings, visibility, ratings, reviews, and overall marketplace performance. Requirements 25 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Growth, Digital Commerce, or Performance Marketing. Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart platforms. Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and performance metrics (ROAS, TACOS, CTR, Conversion Rate). Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Ability to manage projects independently with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred: Experience in healthcare, D2C brands, or quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto.
