Assistant Manager - Development Planning

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President on technical advice for new design approaches throughout the project delivery phase, fostering creative ideas, innovation, and design technology input during development and design stages, leading to optimal and cost-effective design solutions.
• Manage and coordinate all design matters, ensuring multidisciplinary teams collaborate smoothly and deliver on time and within budget.
• Oversee project design processes, working closely with design consultants, project managers, construction teams, and other key members to meet schedules and budgets.
