Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product costing, standard costing, BOM costing, and cost allocation within the ERP system.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, cost variances, and product profitability to support business decisions.
- Prepare costing reports, management reports, and financial analysis for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, new product costing, quotation costing, and pricing analysis.
- Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate costing data.
- Monitor inventory costing, stock valuation, and cost movements, recommending cost-saving opportunities.
- Support ERP (Acumatica) costing enhancements, process improvements, and other ad hoc finance assignments.
