Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and processes.
- Analyze compensation data, participate in salary benchmarking, and assess market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Oversee the annual performance review and compensation cycles, ensuring smooth execution.
- Conduct job evaluations to assess role sizing and pay alignment; experience with frameworks such as Mercer.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on compensation policies and best practices.
Requirements:
