Responsibilities
Deliver warm, professional, and personalised guest service from arrival to departure.
Assist with the daily management and smooth operation of the hotel.
Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and operational requirements to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
Support reservations, administration, and reporting as required.
Supervise staff and ensure service excellence across all departments.
Work a flexible roster, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
