Responsibilities
- Ensure all clients’ portfolios are well managed and in compliance to terms defined in the agreements.
- Close monitoring of designated accounts to ensure compliance of built-up requirements.
- Timely and accurate issuance of invoices, notifications to Bank Negara Malaysia and Securities Commission, rollover of facilities and transfer of funds.
- Ensure timely payment of financial obligations on due dates.
- Ensure funds are utilized for purpose intended per terms of agreements or by regulatory authorities.
- Vetting of draft documents to ensure operational compliance to terms of financing.
- Checking of compliance of conditions precedent and follow-up on conditions subsequent.
- Issuance of Letters of Undertaking that are in line with terms of financing.
- Provide support to other departments by efficiently and effectively responding to enquiries / requests.
