Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly financial reports to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Review monthly accounts closing performed by the subordinate.

Coordinate and act as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax agents.

Monitor audit and tax engagements to ensure statutory and internal reporting deadlines are met.

Respond promptly to audit and tax-related queries.

Review and improve finance processes, including sales and purchasing cycles.

Develop and implement financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Healthcare division.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Prepare and coordinate the annual budgeting process.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), statutory requirements, and company policies.
