We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a luxury safari lodge. This is a hands-on operational leadership role requiring a strong balance of guest engagement, team management, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless lodge operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Management
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure.
- Support reception, hosting, dining experiences, and guest activities.
- Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest concerns professionally.
- Assist with hosting duties, including meals, events, and lodge inspections.
- Maintain a visible presence within guest areas and contribute to the overall guest
