Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management to promote growth and excellence. Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor stock levels and assist with administrative and operational procedures. Step into the Lodge Manager role when required, supporting leadership and decision-making.
