Role Purpose
The Assistant Laundry Manager is responsible for supporting the Laundry Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the luxury garment care department. The role focuses on garment assessment, quality control, staff development, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent will ensure the highest standards of garment care are maintained while supporting business growth, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards.
