ERP & Business Systems Delivery (Primary Focus)
- Act as the local IT lead for NetSuite implementation and rollout
- Partner with Regional IT and implementation partners to translate global designs into local processes
- Support testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities
- Drive local user readiness, training, and adoption
- Serve as primary local contact during implementation and hypercare
- Support future ERP or major system implementations
IT Systems & Operational Support
- Provide ongoing support for ERP and core business applications
- Coordinate issue resolution between local users, regional IT, and vendors
