Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, networks, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot user issues to ensure business continuity.
- Support CCTV, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Support Oracle NetSuite, POS (Ticketing & F&B), PMS, and other operational systems.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Monitor network, infrastructure, and critical systems.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure system reliability.
- Manage incidents, requests, and changes through the IT Ticketing System.
- Ensure SLA compliance, proper escalation, and documentation standards.
- Maintain IT asset, software license, and compliance records.
