- Maintain and troubleshoot IT operations of the company. Provide end-user support and training.
- Procurement, install, and configure computer hardware and software applications within budgets and as per organisation’s standards.
- Manage IT Asset Inventory and proper IT equipment disposal.
- Maintain and manage all IT contracts and renewals, including vendor management.
- Manage and assist in various IT infrastructure migrations.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Provide Information Security training for company employees.
- Assist in maintaining Information Security and Compliance of the company as per ISO/IEC 27001 standard and company policies. Ensure all documentation comply to ISO standards, policies, and regulations.
