As the Assistant Store Manager – Inventory, you'll oversee in-store inventory operations, lead inventory teams, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient stock management. You'll play a key role in maintaining product availability while developing team capability and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory processes including receiving, decant, backfill, and replenishment.
- Coach, train, and develop inventory team members.
- Maintain Back of House (BOH) 5S standards.
- Manage inventory workflows in high-volume environments.
- Support workforce planning and team rostering.
- Monitor KPIs and inventory reporting to improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and operational standards.
- Partner with store leaders on merchandising and stock presentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory operations.
