JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Human Resources Support
- Support the Manager – HRBP in implementing Human Resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Assist in annual workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support the review and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate HR transformation and continuous improvement projects, including HR digitalization and automation initiatives.
