TheAssistantHRManager–PeopleRelations&Developmentisresponsibleforleadingthe company’semployerelationsandpeopledevelopmentinitiativesinsupportofbusinessgoals, employeeengagement,organizationaleffectiveness,andapositiveworkplaceculturewithinaBPO environment.Theroleensurestheconsistentapplicationofcompanypolicies,properhandlingof employeeconcernsandadministrativecases,andtheexecutionofdevelopmentinitiativesthat strengthenemployeeexperience,leadershipcapability,andorganizationaleffectiveness.Thisroleisalsoexpectedtohelp drivelearninganddevelopmentprogramsandpersonallyfacilitatetrainingsessions,workshops,andinterventionsasneeded.
