Assistant HR Manager: People, Payroll & Growth

Takagi Ramen Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR department in implementing strategies aligned with business objectives. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management and policy compliance to labor laws.

The incumbent will manage payroll accuracy, contribute to cost controls, and guide line managers while developing training and onboarding frameworks. A 3–4 year HR background and strong English communication are required.
