About the role

In this opportunity as Assistant Manager, Employee Relations, your functions include:

• Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all Employee Relations matters, ensuring that cases are managed effectively, fairly, and in full compliance with Philippine labour laws and regulations.
• Partners with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on relevant labour and compliance matters, including labour inspections, complaints, and regulatory requirements, working collaboratively with HR Advisors who also participate in and support ER cases.
• Provides expert guidance and interpretation of Philippine labour laws, the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE regulations, and other relevant legislation, ensuring the business remains compliant and up to date with regulatory changes.
