Key Requirements
Experience managing housekeeping staff in corporate offices, coworking spaces, business parks, IT parks, commercial buildings, or large corporate facilities.
Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise housekeeping supervisors, janitors, and outsourced staff.
Experience in manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance management.
