A luxury hotel / winery in the Franschhoek area is seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join its leadership team.
Requirements
- Previous luxury hotel or boutique hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent guest relations and service delivery standards
- Sound operational and administrative experience
- Financial and reporting knowledge advantageous
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Professional communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
Local candidates from Franschhoek and the surrounding areas are preferred.
Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month (Live-Out)
