Assistant Health Care Manager

As an Assistant Health Care Manager, you'll partner closely with the Health Care Manager to coordinate clinic operations, support primary care and psychiatry services, oversee nursing staff, and ensure the timely ordering of medical supplies and medications. You will also play a key role in advancing the electronic medical record system, liaise with Infection Prevention and Control partners, and support occupational health initiatives. In this fast‑paced setting, you’ll regularly troubleshoot barriers for front‑line staff and collaborate with key partners such as staff sergeants and operational managers to achieve results.
