Strategic Production Leadership

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to consistently achieve business objectives related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity, and People Development. Provide strategic direction for production planning, resource utilization, and operational excellence while ensuring uninterrupted plant operations. Act as a key member of the site leadership team, supporting the Site Head in achieving organizational and operational goals.
