AGM - OSS and Tools Role Solution Deployment SME Job Level/ Designation M2/AGM Function / Department SNOC/OSS & Tools Location Pune Job Purpose Plan, deploy Infrastructure in DC, VM infra provisioning with OS in RHOCPV cloud, DevOps engineer, & Linux Administration, infrastructure design for DataCenter Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience Deployment of the server in DC & VM infra provisioning in existing or new cluster deployment mainly in RHOCPV platform /RHEL base OS expertise Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues Develop scripts to automate visualization Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance Hardware Compute Server & Storage Knowledge Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Experience as a DevOps engineer, Red hat OpenShift VPC or in a similar software engineering role Proficiency with ...
