Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager of the Toronto unit, this position leads and manages the Culinary/Hot Kitchen, Wares Wash, Assembly and Transportation departments of the airline catering unit or ‘flight kitchen’ with gross revenues of $100+ million and direct and indirect headcount of 1,000+ employees.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
