Work across all Food & Beverage outlets including our restaurant, bar and conference & events
Ensure that the Food & Beverage team deliver excellent & professional guest service at all times
Work with all departments to ensure that service times are adhered to
Implement and maintain standards relating to food hygiene, brand standards, stock control and OHS
Manage Food & Beverage employees including rostering, training and performance management
Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons. Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service.
Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
Check the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests.
