Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - GCT

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager reports directly to the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and supports the overall leadership, operational execution, compliance, and financial performance of food and beverage operations across the property. This role amalgamates responsibilities across Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), licensed franchise outlets, room service, and beverage operations, within a high-volume, 24-hour casino environment.

Key Accountabilities

Operational Leadership & Guest Experience

• Support the leadership and daily operations of QSR, licensed franchise outlets, room service, bars, lounges, and service bars.
• Ensure all outlets are clean, safe, staffed, and guest-ready through frequent store and floor walks.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
• Support execution of menus, promotions, and programs.
