Your Mission
Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily coordination of the team and service, ensuring an impeccable experience for every guest and upholding the group's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate dining room service alongside the Floor Manager.
Lead, train, and motivate the team on a daily basis.
Guarantee excellence in guest relations and meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen to provide a seamless gastronomic experience.
Assist in managing reservations, shifts, and daily operations.
Advise guests on wine selection and pairings.
