Responsibilities
- Ensure that all customers are provided with the best quality of food and service.
- Ensure all safety matters are properly and timely attended and investigated, including accidents and near miss, while implementing safe working practices in accordance with EKFC policies, resulting in a safer work environment and enhanced compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate clear instructions regarding work assignments to team members, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, which will enhance operational efficiency and maintain high service quality.
- Conduct spot-checks at the lounges in order to ensure that food and equipment are provided as per the business standards.
- Ensure that the required stock levels are properly maintained according to current levels of consumption.
- Ensure that the back-of-house areas are optimized and operationally friendly to minimize breakages and injuries.
