Assistant F&B Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant F&B Manager at Salayel Hospitality (IAC) in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Manager on Duty during allocated shifts
• Oversee live operations and service delivery
• Lead and supervise the F&B team
• Ensure high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency
• Handle daily administrative tasks and reporting
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
