Key Responsibilities
- Improving production processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Understanding sheet metal properties, selecting appropriate materials, and overseeing fabrication techniques like bending, folding, and welding.
- Providing engineering support for production processes, assisting with shop drawings, and creating fabrication lists.
- Supports production by maintaining tooling, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with fabrication processes.
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechatronics or equivalent with relevant working experience.
- Computer literate and experience with MS Office, Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Able to work independent, self‑motivated, highly resourceful and organized.
- Observant & fast learner.
- Experienced in technical drawings.
