Assistant Engineer
Responsibilities- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the M&E facilities in the Building.
- Oversee functions and activities of day-to-day M&E systems and prepare a systematic approach to repair, maintenance and improvement work.
- Develop, implement, review and maintain the maintenance regime and processes, review processes and implement improvement to building services.
- Oversees the works carried out by the outsourced contractors and to ensure minimal disruption to the building operation.
- Attend all monthly meetings with the Employer and be physically present on-site during emergencies unless obtained prior permission from the Employer to absent himself/herself from the meeting or emergencies, and that an authorised representative will be attending on his/her behalf.
