Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, alignment, and assembly of AMHS components (e.g., rails, STK, OHT lifter). Coordinate with vendors and technicians to ensure installation work is performed according to drawings, standards, and schedule. Support troubleshooting and rectification of installation issues on-site.
- Review technical drawings and layout plans to understand system configurations and installation sequences. Highlight discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions to the Engineer or Supervisor.
- Monitor progress of assigned work areas to ensure timely completion. Report site conditions, progress, or issues to the engineer or supervisor.
- Assist in performing quality checks to ensure installed components meet project specifications and tolerances. Ensure installation procedures follow the approved method statements and quality checklists.
