Assistant Director (Training & Doctrine) - Kranji

You are responsible for maintaining and developing Combat Service Support (CSS) doctrine at the Division and above level. You serve as the custodian of the CSS Knowledge Tree to ensure all doctrine content remains current, relevant, and well-integrated across services and Army Divisions.

• Translate new CSS operating concepts into CSS doctrines for Division and above-level CSS operations, ensuring promulgation and adoption across services and Army Divisions.
• Direct and coordinate the review of existing CSS doctrines with relevant subject matter experts (SMEs), drawing on gaps identified during major exercises and training.
• Ensure the relevancy and integrity of the CSS Knowledge Tree.
• Leverage technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to streamline and document doctrinal processes, knowledge management, and the development of Army CSS doctrine.
