Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- HR Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day administration of key HR functions and ensure they are completed in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA).
- Payroll : Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, addressing discrepancies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Onboarding : Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless start.
- Work Pass Administration : Handle all aspects of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations.
