What the role is
You lead a team that develops the mid to long-term direction and strategy for National Education (NE) and Total Defence (TD).
What you will be working on
- Formulate and review National Education frameworks and initiatives to strengthen societal resilience
- Explore innovative engagement approaches for National Education and Total Defence
- Work with partners across government and the community to enhance whole-of-society commitment to defence
- Support Nexus' international engagements to exchange perspectives and establish partnerships
- Lead the team to develop and execute strategic plans and capability development efforts to ensure Nexus is well‑positioned to achieve its strategic outcomes
